A little more about me.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been driven by curiosity and the desire to understand how stories shape the way we see the world.

That curiosity has taken me everywhere—from reporting in far-flung cities as a travel journalist, to building and scaling brands in the fitness and wellness space, to exploring identity-shaping moments like motherhood, and ultimately into senior marketing and advisory roles for B2B, consumer, luxury and lifestyle brands.

Over time, my focus shifted. I didn’t just want to tell stories. I wanted to help companies use them with intention.

I’ve built and guided growth strategies for brands valued in the millions, blending editorial depth with performance thinking to deliver measurable results across markets. My work spans brand positioning, executive messaging, content architecture and modern discoverability, ensuring stories don’t just resonate, but drive clarity, alignment and momentum.

I’ve created editorial strategies that anchor entire content ecosystems, trained founders and CEOs to communicate clearly with media and stakeholders, developed newsletter playbooks that turn Substack launches into durable growth engines and led AI-forward search and visibility strategies designed for the future of discovery. I’ve written whitepapers that secure executive buy-in and built content frameworks for emerging platforms, always with a focus on long-term authority over short-term noise.

After more than 15 years in New York and Boston, I’m preparing to relocate to Copenhagen, Denmark with my husband and our two daughters this summer. Looking ahead to this move, I bring a global lens to my work, partnering with brands across the U.S. and Europe on positioning, storytelling and scalable growth.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me running to clear my head, mapping out future travel, attempting to pull off a craft project with my pre-schooler, hunting for great coffee and the kind of neighborhood spots that make a city feel like home. I’m rarely without a bold red lipstick and I’ll always say ‘yes’ to a glass of bubbles and oysters on the half-shell.

    I also work directly with founders and executives through advisory, coaching and media training, helping leaders articulate their perspective with confidence and credibility — whether in the press, on stage, within their organizations or across owned platforms.

    In addition to remote consulting, I’m available for on-site and in-house engagements where a temporary embedded leader can accelerate progress, strengthen internal capabilities and ensure lasting knowledge transfer.
